Carillon arcs descend into pipe-organ depth, then open onto harbour village rhythm.

Carillon figures mark public time in bright, overlapping arcs, while pipe organ answers with deep pedals and measured chorale cadences. At street level, fiddle and accordion bring a smaller grain: short dance turns, bellows lift, and the dry tread of village and harbour rhythms. The pacing moves from tower resonance to Frisian restraint, then into firmer Limburg and Brabant brass-band blocks. Later passages add the clipped mechanics of a draaiorgel and lean urban bass, giving the album both vertical grandeur and close human scale.
