Two kanklės establish the central texture through offset plucked cells, while skudučiai divide the melody into crisp, interlocking breaths. Birbynė adds a narrow reed line and fiddle sustains the cadences, creating friction between short attacks and lingering drone tones. The pulse shifts from sutartinės-style 2/4 hocket to freer flute phrases, bagpipe tread, and softened village-dance turns. Aukštaitija polyphony, Dzūkija lyricism, and coastal horn color remain clearly differentiated, yet the album holds together through open fifths, measured entrances, and a warm wooden resonance.
