Luxembourg
From Moselle sway to civic-band polish, diatonic accordion breathes beneath fiddle turns.
Diatonic accordion sets a neat, breathing pulse beneath fiddle melodies and clarinet replies, with double bass anchoring the short village-dance turns. Flugelhorn and civic-band brass broaden the middle of the album, while organ and handbells bring slower cadences and suspended inner voices. The pacing moves easily between Moselle 2/4, Éislek 3/4, and the measured steps of Echternach and the Hämmelsmarsch. Small in scale but rich in contrast, the sequence links river-valley string rooms, Minett brass weight, and Luxembourg City polish with a grounded, companionable warmth.
