Romania
Violin ornaments bite through țambal shimmer, turning doina-like rubato toward circular regional dance.
Violin carries the emotional line through tight ornaments, slides, and sudden cadential bites. Beneath it, cobza supplies a dry strummed skeleton while țambal fills the middle with hammered tremolo; clarinet bends the colour toward darker urban and regional turns. Rubato doina-like openings gradually find the circular motion of hora or the sharper drive of sârbă, brâu, and geampara. Wallachian speed, Transylvanian vertical weight, Moldavian breath, and Banat polish arrive as distinct ensemble balances, giving the album both close taraf intensity and wide regional contrast.
