Tambour pulse, Nubian guitar, and daluka strikes trace river and city motion.

Tambour and kisir establish a dry, repeating lyre pulse, answered by oud, accordion, and the rounded strike of daluka. Nubian guitar adds a brighter river-line flow, while frame drums and handclaps gradually thicken the cyclic passages. The music moves between Omdurman chamber poise, eastern step patterns, and more open western textures without forcing them into one groove. Pentatonic turns, low drone, and sharply placed claps create a vivid balance of intimacy, procession, and urban motion.
