Taut tidinit figures and ardin latticework stretch across lucid Adrar-to-Nouakchott space.

Tidinit opens the music with taut, repeating modal figures, and ardin spreads a lighter lattice of broken harp notes around them. Ney-like flute enters at the ends of phrases, extending their breath, while tbal lands with deliberate weight at major returns. Much of the album begins freely before settling into lean four-beat or flowing 12/8 motion, with daghumma adding a dry upper grain. From Adrar flute dialogues to Nouadhibou guitar and the denser Nouakchott ensemble, the prevailing character is lucid, tensile, and spacious without losing rhythmic authority.
